Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Juneau Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating 37-year-old Juneau resident, Matthew Parker Williams.
Williams currently has five warrants for his arrest, totaling $6,500; A $1,500 warrant for failing to appear on the charge of vehicle theft 1st degree, a $1,500 warrant for failing to appear on the charge of Burglary 2nd degree, a $1,500 warrant for failing to appear on the charge of Burglary 2nd degree, criminal mischief and theft, a $1,500 warrant for failing to appear on the charge of violating conditions of release, and a $500 warrant for three counts of violating conditions of release.
In addition to the warrants, Parker is a person of interest in an ongoing criminal investigation involving the theft of a 2013 Toyota Tacoma from the Sealaska parking lot, which occurred on Feb. 3. The vehicle was located and recovered in the area of Dredge Lake Road the next day.
Parker is described as a white male, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and a distinguishable neck tattoo. Photos of Parker are being posted on the JPD Facebook page.
