
Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - John Gregory, 27, allegedly fired three shots at the owner of the bike.
Gregory will serve six months in jail and one year on probation for a charge of misconduct involving a weapon.
Several charges including robbery and assault were dismissed in the plea deal.
The 42-year-old victim claimed Gregory shot at him three times in the area of Blackerby Street.
Gregory pled guilty to misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree at a court appearance Friday and was sentenced by Superior Court Judge Amy Mead.
No one was injured in the incident.
